01
Who we are
This website is operated by Halden, a fictional demo brand. Replace this text with your trading name, address and registration number.
02
Orders
An order is accepted when we email you a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a price was shown in error.
03
Prices and tax
Prices are shown in USD and include duties where the carrier collects them at checkout. Local import tax outside the UK, EU and USA is your responsibility.
04
Delivery
Delivery times on the shipping page are estimates from the day the parcel is handed to the carrier, not guarantees. If a parcel is lost we resend or refund.
05
Returns and guarantee
You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The 24-month guarantee covers faults in materials and workmanship. See the Returns and Refunds pages.
06
Liability
Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid.
07
Governing law
Replace this with the law and courts that apply to your business.
