Steady arm, even light
The arm holds any position and the light is even across the page. I use it for drawing at night. Took ten days to arrive with tracking that worked.

Good for the price
Solid build for the money. The clamp is tight on my 30 mm desk. I would like a slightly longer cable, but the braided one is nice.

Replaced my old lamp
Arrived in 12 days. Colour temperature switch is easy to reach. Very little heat from the head.

Fine, slow shipping
The lamp is good. Delivery took 16 days, which is at the far end of what the page said. Support answered the same day.

Clean and quiet
No hum on dimming, which is why I bought it. The weighted base is heavy enough for my shelf.

Does what it says
The reach is real. Setup took under a minute. One of the two screws was slightly loose out of the box; tightened it and it has been fine.

Good spares policy
Ordered a spare head to see how the repair claim holds up. It arrived in a week and the swap took two minutes.

Bright enough for reading
Daylight mode is properly bright. Warm mode is a little dim for my taste, but that is a matter of preference.
