001 / Refunds
When you are refunded, how, and how fast.

Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery when the product is complete and undamaged.

Timing
Refunds are issued within 5 working days of the returned parcel reaching us.

Method
The original payment method. If that is closed, we contact you for another.

Faulty items
If the product is faulty or damaged on arrival we pay return shipping and you may choose a refund or a replacement part.

Late or lost parcels
If tracking stalls for 10 working days we resend or refund you, your choice.

Deductions
If a returned product has been used beyond testing or is missing parts we may deduct a fair amount. We tell you before we do.
