Where it ships from
Every order ships from a warehouse in Shenzhen, China. We say so on the product page and again at checkout so nothing is a surprise.

When it leaves
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2 working days. You get an email with the tracking number on day 3.

Customs and import tax
Duties are included for the UK, EU and USA where the carrier collects them at checkout. In other countries your local customs office may charge tax on arrival. We cannot predict or waive it.

If it is late
If tracking shows no movement for 10 working days, write to us. We resend the parcel or refund you, whichever you prefer.
