Thirty days from delivery. Send it back complete and undamaged, and we refund you. No forms to argue with.

The 30-day window
You have 30 days from the delivery date shown in tracking. Start a return by writing to us with your order number. There is nothing to pay to ask.

How to send it back
We email a prepaid return label for your country. Pack the product in its carton, attach the label and drop it at the carrier. Keep the receipt until we confirm it arrived.

When you are refunded
Within 5 working days of the parcel reaching our returns address. Refunds go to the original payment method. If we deduct anything we tell you first.

Faulty or damaged
If the product arrives damaged or fails inside the 24-month guarantee, we pay for the return or send a replacement part. Send a photo and we start the same day.

What we cannot take back
Products that have been modified, used with a different power supply than specified, or returned incomplete.
